Christmas Part III

Christmas Part III was celebrated with Wyatt's Family. Grandma, Grandpa Tom, Great Grandma Fern, Great Uncle Paul, Uncle Weston and Aunt Heidi were all there. They have the tradition of randomly numbering all the presents. We then draw numbers youngest to oldest. The corresponding numbered package is given to the person whose name is on the present. I'm big on traditions and this is one of my favorites! It's always a lot of fun since you never know who will open their present next. Grayce was such a good sport-she drew her own number each and every time!

Yes, many of the presents came Grayce's way. The biggest package under the tree was a Laugh-n-Learn Kitchen.

Daddy put it together right away-he couldn't wait and Grayce was glad he did.

At the end of a very eventful day, Grayce was spoiled by many.

And Wyatt and I are left wondering... where do we put it all??
Thanks Everyone! We are so blessed.

Christmas Part II

Christmas Part II of 3 was celebrated with Grandma, Grandpa, Aunt Kirsten, Momo, and Ralph. The food was great and the company even better. Grayce was thrilled to see that there were more presents to unwrap.

After many presents were exchanged, my parents continued their tradition of a "grand finale" gift, which this year was given to Grayce.

As usual, Grandpa procrastinated in the making of the rocking horse, however, the varnish was dry this year and ready for Grayce to enjoy! She already knows how to rock on it all by herself-what a big girl!
Christmas Part II came to a close with naps all around. As usual Grandpa was first to go...

Next year: same time, same place. What do you think?

Santa Came to Town!

Christmas morning at our house began at 8:00. Grayce had no idea what she was about to get into, but enjoyed herself very much!

We were surprised at how much she enjoyed not just the unwrapping, but what was inside the wrapping too.

When it was all said and done, I think it's safe to say that Santa was very good to her!
